The November 15, 1969 March on Washington, known as the Moratorium to End the War in Vietnam, was a pivotal moment in the anti-Vietnam War movement. Organized by a coalition including the New Mobilization Committee to End the War in Vietnam (MOBE), hundreds of thousands gathered to protest the conflict. Chanting "Peace now!" and "Bring the troops home!", demonstrators demanded an immediate end to the war and the withdrawal of U.S. troops.

This massive protest showcased growing public opposition and galvanized further activism, standing as a testament to grassroots movements and the collective voice for peace and change.
